What's the difference between the Roti Kosong and Roti Telur packages?+
Both packages include unlimited shots, with all photos delivered through an online gallery. The Roti Kosong Package (RM185/hour) does not include editing. The Roti Telur Package (RM250/hour) includes editing. These promo prices are valid for bookings until 30 November 2026.
Do you offer discounts for longer bookings?+
Yes. Discounts are available for half-day, full-day and multi-day bookings on both packages. Share your event details with us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a quote.
What file format will we receive the photos in?+
We shoot in JPEG with colour adjustment applied as standard. RAW files can be provided upon request — just let us know before your event so we can prepare accordingly.
How many photos will we receive?+
There is no fixed limit. On average you can expect around 35–50 quality photos per hour of coverage, and you'll receive all usable photos captured during your event, delivered through an online gallery.
How long does it take to receive the photos?+
Photos will usually be delivered within 7–14 days after the event. For urgent requirements, please let us know before booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
How many photographers will cover my event?+
Both packages include 1 photographer. For larger events or occasions requiring wider coverage, additional photographers can be added for +60% of the hourly rate per additional photographer.
Do you cover events outside Penang?+
Yes, we provide event photography services outside Penang. Additional travel charges may apply depending on the location.
We are visiting Penang from overseas. Can we book you?+
Yes. We work with local and international clients visiting Penang for celebrations, company trips, conferences, and private events. Simply share your event details, location, date, and schedule, and we will assist with the arrangements.
Do you photograph large events?+
Yes. We cover events of different sizes, from small private gatherings to large corporate events, concerts, and competitions. For larger events, additional photographers can be arranged depending on your requirements.
What time will the photographers arrive?+
We arrive 30 minutes before your booked time to prepare our equipment, coordinate with the venue or organizer if needed, and ensure everything is ready before coverage begins. If you'd like us to capture the venue, décor, and setup before guests arrive, we recommend booking your photography coverage to start one hour before the official event start time.
How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, public holidays, and peak event seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome depending on availability.
Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?+
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your event date. The remaining balance can be settled according to the agreed payment schedule.
Can we request specific shots or group photos?+
Yes. While our specialty is candid photography, we are happy to capture important group photos, key moments, and specific requests during your event.
Can you cover full-day or multi-day events?+
Yes. We provide coverage for full-day and multi-day events such as company retreats, conferences, tournaments, and cultural celebrations.
Do you provide video services?+
Our main service is event photography. For video coverage or additional creative services, please contact us separately for availability.
